Emails and Webpages

If you are looking for a chapter's email or webpage look on the Chapters page. If it is a staff member you really want to email, try the Staff page.

Each chapter has the name of their school @apo87.org. This email alias sends mail to that chapter's president.

However, Since Section 87 has its own domain (www.apo87.org), we've made web aliases for each of our Chapters. A "web alias" is a web address that's short and easy to remember that automatically redirects you to the real address for the web page.

Each school has a web address of their school's name.apo87.org. (So, for instance, Binghamton is http://binghamton.apo87.org.)

Listservs

All Chapter Presidents are subscribed to our apo87presidents Yahoo Group.
All Section Staff Members should subscribe to our 87staff Yahoo Group.

Region II

Region II's website has useful information about the entire region. Including the RII Regional leadership team roster, regional programs, and any region news.
Region II also has it's own listserv, APOR2-L@apor2.org. To subscribe, please send an email to listserv@apor2.org with a message "subscribe apor2 firstname lastname" without the quotes.

National

The national web page maintained by the national office. Here you will find all the official and updated versions of documents, pamphlets and other publications. Also a directory of how to contact any chapter or elected official of the fraternity!

There are two unofficial listservs for the National Fraternity, on top of any Twitter, Yahoogroup, Facebook page, and so on, that you might find.

APO-L (APO-L@IUPUI.EDU):
Subscribe by sending an email to listserv@listserv.iupui.edu, with a message "subscribe apo-l firstname lastname" without the quotes APO-L: The list will provide an opportunity for members to compare notes on their chapters, discuss organizational issues and communicate with members at distant chapters. APO-L is an unofficial list and the postings reflect the opinions of individuals and not the official policy of Alpha Phi Omega. The list does not take the place of normal lines of communication within the fraternity.
APOSOC-L (APOSOC-L@LISTS.PSU.EDU):
Subscribe by sending an email to listserv@listserv.iupui.edu with a message "subscribe aposoc-l firstname lastname" without the quotes. The purpose of APOSOC-L is provide an electronic forum where APO Brothers and Pledges can chat about anything they feel like except APO business. This is a list where you can share a joke or look for other brothers with the same hobbies you have or adopt a brother from another chapter. APOSOC-L is a very high volume list sometimes reaching several hundred messages a day. (But, with the invention of other social media, there are very few emails to APOSOC-L at present.)
